摘    要:换热网络优化综合目前主要有3种方法:试探法,夹点技术,数学规划法。但在实际应用中,夹点技术证明有效并已取得显著经济效益。给出了夹点技术中几个关键问题的求解方法以及如何准确快捷的找出换热网络中的夹点。应用这些方法可以有效的进行换热网络的最优设计,做到最大限度的利用能量。针对生产和实践中遇到的特殊情况给出了解决办法,并用一个具体实例说明改造后的传热效果。在分析了夹点技术的理论基础和热力学原理的基础上,提出了夹点技术的理论局限性,及其相关的原因及克服办法。

Abstract:At present, there are three main methods in optimum of the heat exchange network: heuristic method, pinch point technology, mathematical programming. In the engineering application, among all methods the pinch point technology has been proved to be the more efficient and obtain obvious economic benefits. The methods how to solve key problems of pinch point technology and point out the pinch point of the heat exchange network accurately and quickly were given, which helped make effectively optimum design of heat exchange network and make best use of energy. The solutions to the exceptional cases in the engineering practice were put forward and an example was given. It demonstrated the obvious results of heat transfer after rebuilding. On the basis of analyzing theory foundation and thermodynamic principle, theory limitations of pinch point technology were put forth, corresponding causes explained, and solution methods offered.
