| 摘 要： | 利用分光光度计法,以芦丁为标准品,通过不同方式衍生,在2种波长下测定枳椇子总黄酮的含量.AlCl3法在412 nm处检测枳椇子提取物中总黄酮的质量分数为1.27%;NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH法在499 nm处检测枳椇子提取物中总黄酮质量分数为1.25%.2种检测方法相对误差为1.6% (n=5),无显著性差异.

| Abstract: | The total flavone of Hovenia Dulcis Thunb derivated in different ways were determined by spectrophotometer under the difference wavelengths,rutin as the standard product.The method of AlCl3 detected the total flavonoids of Hovenia dulcis Thunb extract content of 1.27% in 412 nm(quality percentage);the other method of NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH detected the total flavonoids of Hovenia dulcis Thunb extract content of 1.25% in 499 nm.The relative error of 1.6%(n=5) between two methods,no significant difference. |
