摘    要:选择1,1,1,-三氯乙烷为糠醛和水萃取分离的溶剂,建立错流和逆流模拟计算框图,采用试差法模拟错,逆流分离结果,模拟结果表明,1,1,1-三氯乙烷是糠醛和水分离的有效溶剂,在N=3时,萃取分离后糠醛含量达99%以上,萃余液中糠醛含量可降至0.07%以下,模拟结果为进一步工业化试验提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Trichloroethane was selected as a solvent for the extraction separation of furfural water system. The theoretical results of cross current and counter flow were obtained by simulation calculation. The results show that 1,1,1 trichloroethane is an effective solvent for the extraction process. The recovery of furfural after extraction with n=3 was up to 99% (wt.) and furfural in water layer was reduced to <0.07%. The simulation results will provide theoretical bases for further industrial testing.
