苯甲醛1,3-丁二醇缩醛的绿色合成

摘    要:对苯甲醛与1,3-丁二醇在钒磷氧催化剂作用下的缩醛化反应进行了研究,考察了醇醛比、反应时间、催化剂用量、带水剂种类和体积等因素对苯甲醛1,3-丁二醇缩醛收率的影响。结果表明:当苯甲醛的物质的量为0.1mol时,醇醛摩尔比为1.3,催化剂质量为0.12g,带水剂环己烷体积为6mL,回流反应50min后,缩醛收率可达到88.7%。合成反应条件温和,催化剂用量小,操作简便,后处理过程简单,基本无污染,具有绿色合成的特点。对产品的折光率和红外光谱进行了表征。

Abstract:The acetalization of benzaldehyde and 1,3-butanediol by vanadium phosphorus oxide was studied. The effects of reactant ratio, reaction time, catalyst amount,the species and amount of deaquation reagent on the yield of benzaldehyde 1,3-butanediol acetal were investigated. The results show that the most suitable condition for the reaction are as following: the amount of benzaldehyde is 0.1 mol, the mole ratio of 1,3-butanediol to benzaldehyde is 1.3, the mass amount of catalyst is 0.12 g, cyclohexane as deaquation reagent is 6 mL and refluencing time is 50 min. The yield benzaldehyde 1,3-butanedid acetal is up to 88.7%. The process is characterized by green synthesis, with the mild reaction condition, low pollution with easy manipulation and after-treatment, and low catalyst amount. The product is characterized by refractive index and IR.
