MH/Ni电池粘合剂的性质及测试方法

摘    要:粘合剂作为MH/Ni电池电极材料的重要组成部分,对于电池各方面的性能,如容量、循环寿命、内阻、快速充电时的内压等具有很大的影响。叙述了MH/Ni电池常用粘合剂(CMC、MC、PTFE、HPMC等)的物理化学性质及其优缺点,探讨了粘合剂结构与性能的关系,并介绍了一些粘合剂的测试方法(粘度测定、拉伸剪切强度试验、冲击强度试验、耐碱性试验、扫描电镜分析、红外光谱分析)。

Abstract:As an important component of electrode material of MH/Ni battery,binder had great effect on the performances of MH/Ni battery,such as capacity,cycle life,inner resistance and inner pressure during fast charging.The physical and chemical characteristics of some common binders(CMC,MC,PTFE,HPMC and so on) and relations between structures and performances of binders were introduced.Some measuring methods of binders (viscosity test,tensile shearing strength test,impact strength test,alkali resistance test,infrared spectrum analysis and scanning electron microscope analysis)were also reviewed.
