电力市场交易机制的实验经济学研究

电力工业的市场化,实行竞争机制,进而打破电力垄断是电力工业发展的大势所趋。本文通过对电力市场交易机制的实验经济学研究,对电力市场的交易机制进行了分析。文中运用实验经济学的实验方法对电力市场的竞价方式进行了模拟演练,对两家发电企业报价方案进行了分析,提出了在该交易机制下所存在的电商合谋问题,并针对这一问题对交易规则提出了改良的建议,有助于打破电商价格上的合谋。

Experimental Economics Research on Trading Mechanism of Electric Power Market

It is the trend of the development of electric power industry that the market of electric power industry, the competition mechanism, and then breaking the power monopoly is the trend of the development of power industry. In this paper using the experimental method of experimental economics of power market bidding mode were simulation exercises, analyses two generation enterprise bidding scheme, proposed in the trading mechanism and the existence of the business collusion, and to solve the problem of trading rules put forward suggestions for improvement, to break the electricity price collusion.
