航空发动机试车台声场的软件预测与实测结果比较

摘    要:航空发动机具有宽频带、高声压级、持续时间长的声学特性.为保证试车台的方案设计满足环保卫生的噪声指标要求,对试车台的声场准确预测是试车台建设的重要前提条件.利用Raynoise和Predictor对航空发动机试车台进行了室内/室外声场预测,通过对预测数据与实测数据的比较分析,发现数据符合较好,软件预测声场的准确度较高,预测结果可以作为重要的设计依据和可视化的手段用于试车台的声学设计.

Abstract:Aero-engine will generate high decibel broad-band noise and cause great noise pollution to the environment when it is running in the test cell. In order to satisfy the noise index of environmental sanitation, it is very important that the acoustic field is predicted by software for building test cell. Acoustic simulation software (Raynoise and Predictor) is simply introduced in this paper. Raynoise and Predictor software are applied in design of aero-engine test cell. Compared the predicted results and measured results, that shown the method of predicted acoustic can be used to design aero-engine test cell.
