摘    要:介绍了一种海量数据采集的方法,解决了石油管道检测中多通道、高速实时采集的问题.利用FPGA实现了对400路模拟信号、每路采样频率1 kHz的数据采集;使用SPI总线简化了传感器与FPGA控制板之间的大量连线,同时满足了实时性和小型化的要求.通过实测数据和实测波形对系统进行了验证.

Abstract:A method for massive data acquisition system is introduced.This system solves the problem of multi-channel,high-speed and real-time acquisition in the petroleum pipeline detection.FPGA is used to acquire 400 channels at the rate of 1 kHz per channel.The massive wires between sensors and FPGA controlling board can be simplifed by SPI bus.Real time in acquisition and miniaturization in design are also achieved.The data and wave-form recorded in the experiments prove the feasibility of the system.
