摘    要:外语教学与研究出版社(简称外研社)是我国出版业改革发展的一个缩影,也是我国出版企业改革发展的领跑者。30年间,外研社始终把内容作为出版企业财富的根本,从单一精品到精品系列再到精品群,从系列产品到相关产品再到衍生产品,形成了一个完整的产品创新体系。为其企业的快速成长奠定了基础。此外,从工作需要、市场需要出发,建立适合的组织结构和人员激励机制,也为出版社的产品创新提供了组织、制度保证。
