烟丝气流干燥系统气流干燥器的设计

摘    要:对20000kg/h烟丝气流干燥器进行了工艺和结构设计。气流干燥器设计中,采用了H.M.Фδ∏计算法计算干燥时间,进而计算干燥器的高度。按照GB150—1998主要对容器壁厚、保温层、法兰、开孔补强及焊接结构等进行了详尽的设计。

Abstract:Processing and structural design of dryer for tobacco with 20000kg/h were performed. During designing Air dryer, the H. M. Фδ∏ calculation method was used to calculate the drying time, and then the height of dryer was calculated. In accordance with GB150 -1998, the main wall of the container was given, insulation layer, flange, opening reinforcement and welding structure were designed in detail.
