电站锅炉燃用神华煤特性分析

摘    要:结合神华煤的煤质特性以及实际燃烧情况,论述了神华煤在提高电厂经济运行指标、减少污染物排放等方面的优势,同时也阐述了其灰熔点低、易结渣的特性,提出了采用较低的炉膛热负荷、提高一次风速和煤粉细度、改变磨煤机运行方式,以及炉膛吹灰等防止锅炉结渣的措施。

Abstract:Combining with coal quality property and practical state of combustion for Shenhua coal, the advantages of Shenhua coal in aspects of enhancing economic operation indices in power plants, and of reducing pollutant emission etc., have been expounded, at the same time, properties of low ash fusing point and easily slagging being also pointed out. The measures for preventing boiler slagging, such as adopting lower heat load in the furnace, enhancing speed of primary air flow and fineness of pulverized coal, improving operation mode of the coal pulverizer, and sootblowing in the furnace etc., have been put forward.
