油酸钠的吸附对粘土颗粒性质及吸附机理的研究

摘    要:本文对油酸钠的吸附对粘土颗粒性质的影响以及吸附机理进行了详细的研究。结果发现,随着吸附油酸钠量的增多,高岭土悬浮液的稳定性增强,Zeta电位降低。油酸钠分子的吸附位置和吸附机理研究发现,对于高岭土和蒙脱土,正电位(Al^3+、Si^4+)为主要吸附点;对于油砂,其亲油性表面吸附油酸钠。

Abstract:Through the research on clay minerals property change by the absorption of sodium oleic and the mechanism of the absorption, we can find that the stability of kaolilinite suspension can be improved, and the Zeta potential can be reduced with the increasing of the absorption of sodium oleic. From the analysis of IR sp; ectrum of the clay minerals, the location and mechanism of absorption were discussed. The results indicated that physical absorption takes place on oil sand, while on the clay the physical and chemical absorption takes place at the same time. The sodium oleic can also be absorbed between the layers of montmorillonite crystal.
