AlN-SiC复合超细粉制备技术的研究进展

摘    要:综述了国内外AlN-SiC复合超细粉制备方法的研究进展,着重阐述了化学合成法,包括溶胶-凝胶法,碳热还原氮化法、自蔓延高温合成法及化学气相沉积法(CVD)等的研究状况,并对不同制备工艺的优缺点进行了评述,结合本实验室的研究成果,认为原位化学反应合成工艺是今后制备AlN-SiC复合超细粉的发展趋势,并介绍了该领域的最新发展动态。

Abstract:In this paper,recent progress in research on AlN-SiC composite ultrafine powder is reviewed,with focus on chemosynthesis techniques including sol-gel processing,carbothermal reduction and mtndation,chemical vapor deposition(CVD) and self-propagating high-temperature synthesis.the characteristics of which are evaluated.On the basis of some results obtained in our laboratory,we consider the m-situ chemical reactive synthesis to be the future trend in the fabrication of AIN-SiC composite ultrafine powder and several new approaches in the field are described.
