电阻负载系数的精密测量

摘    要:在电阻的精密测量领域必须考虑电阻负载系数的修正,本文提出一种基于精密分压器和直流电位差计的测量电阻负载系数的方法,它排队了电阻负载系数传统测量方法所固有的误差因素,从而提高了电阻负载系数测量的准确度,文中还对此测量方法所产生的误差进行了分析。

Abstract:When the error of measuring a resistance is less than I ppm, the resistance load coefficient must be consided. But available methods for measuring the resistance load coefficient have a common defect.The resistance load coefficient not only includes the resistance load coefficient of a measured resistance, but also includes the resistance load coefficient of the others.This paper provides a method which gets rid of the described defect,therefore reduces the error Of measuring load coefficient.
