| 摘 要： | 针对我国当前较为广泛开展的农村集体建设用地流转市场，着重从农村土地股份合作模式、集体土地租赁模式、资产置换模式．都市休闲农业模式以及跨区域地票模式等农村集体建设用地主要流转模式，分析了我国城市化进程中土地流转对城乡发展的积极影响和消极影响，并提出了构建符合城乡统筹发展要求的农村集体建设用地流转制度体系。
