| Abstract: | Regarding the difficulty in effective controlling of the progress and cost of collaborative manuˉfacture of dies or moulds,the management mode of matrix form of collaborative organizations has been studied.The process of collaborative manufacture of dies or moulds is monitored and controlled through network.And the earned value method of project management is used to make early warning to the progress and actual cost of the collaborative manufacture. |
