低能离子注入对阿魏菇多糖生物效应的研究

摘    要:利用低能离子注入,对阿魏菇的孢子采用不同的注入剂量进行注入,以抽真空的样品为对照,经固体培养、液体发酵后,利用苯酚一浓硫酸法测其胞内、胞外多糖含量。经反复的注入和筛选后,获得了最佳的注入剂量和阿魏多糖高产菌株2a-3,对此菌株和对照进行液体发酵,在不同的发酵时间内对其发酵物鲜重及胞内、胞外多糖含量进行测定,得到了最佳发酵周期为4d,其胞内多糖和胞外多糖含量分别较对照菌株提高了20.33%和18.53%。

Abstract:Low-energy ion implantation was utilized in this research. We used different implantation dosage to inject into spore of asafoetida mushroom.Regard smoking the sample of the vacuum as contrast , trained by solid and following liquid ferments, using the method of phenol-dense vitriol to measure the polysaccharide content of outside and inside of cell.After repeated implantation and filter,we got the best implantation dosage and high polysaccharide asafoetida mushroom 2a-3.And contrast liquid to ferment to this bacterial strain, to measure the polysaccharide content of outside and inside of cell in the fermented thing and fresh and heavy in the afterbirth within different fermented time,we got the best fermentation period was four days.The polysaccharide content of strain 2a-3 increased 20.33% and 18.53% respectively outside and inside of cell, compared to strain without ion implantation.
