刷式密封转子涂层材料研究

摘    要:随着航空航天技术的发展,有关密封技术的研究逐渐增多。刷封技术可以大幅降低发动机的气体泄漏,提高其工作效率,将成为沿用多年的蓖齿密封的替代品。本文介绍了刷式密封的发展、工作结构及其使用材料,着重介绍了刷式密封转子表面涂层材料的研究进展。

Abstract:With the development of aerospace industry, the research about sealing technology is increasing. Brush seal technology can improve the engine working efficiency by controlling gas leakage, and it will be an effective substitution of labyrinth seal. This article introduces the development history and working structure of brush seal and focuses on the research progress of the coating material on rotor surface.
