一种经丝探糙装置

随着丝织机速度的提高，为减少织疵，在丝织机上安装探糙自停装置越来越显出其必要性和迫切性。本文作者在分析引进织机的基础上研制了一种光电探糙自停装置，文中阐述了该装置的原理，以及为提高装置的灵敏度和可靠性所采取的一些措施。从试用情况看，该装置能有效地探糙自停，且有较大的可调范围，适用于各类织机和不同要求的织物。

In the passed few years,the speed of silk loom has been increased rapidly.To reduce the weaving defects caused by warp falling,it is increasingly important and in ungent need to equip the defect detector for silk looms.On analysing import silk looms,the author research and make a new photo-electric warp falling detector with self-stopping function.The priciple,sensitivity and realiability of this device are discussed in detail.Practical industrial use shows that this device can efficiently detect warp weaving defect with big adjustment ragnge and be used to various looms and defferent fabric.
