| 摘 要： | 建筑节能是贯彻国家可持续发展战略的重要组成部分，也是我国经济工作中的战略重点之一。从建筑节能的基本概念出发，分析当前我国的建筑能耗状况，从建筑规划设计、围护结构以及采暖空调等角度有针对性的提出了各种节能的措施，对推进和完善我国建筑节能具有很强的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Building energy conservation is an important part of carrying out the sustainable development strategy of our country,and it is also one of the strategic emphases in our country's economic work.Based on the basic conception of building energy conservation,present situation of building energy conservation in our country is analyzed,and some concrete measures is put forward accordingly from the angles of building plan and design,building envelope,heating and air conditioning,etc.It has very powerful value in carrying forward and perfecting building energy conservation. |
