摘    要:峰值电流模式变换器工作于CCM模式且D>0.5时,存在开环不稳定性等问题,必须进行斜坡补偿.针对常规的斜坡补偿方式所存在的缺陷,设计了一种补偿量自动适应输入输出电压变化的斜坡补偿电路.利用MOS管工作于线性区的压控电阻特性,实现了在整个占空比区间内自动适应、优化的斜坡补偿,与传统的设计相比,自适应斜坡补偿对系统带载能力、瞬态响应的负面影响减至最小,改善系统性能,增加系统稳定性,是进行斜坡补偿的最佳方案.最后给出仿真结果.
