| Abstract: | The advantages of housing parts with aluminum alloy substituting for zinc alloy have been described, focusing on the operation and key points of design of the aluminum alloy die casting die. The side-slider drawing-core mechanism, side-forming and bottom-parting surface are adopted in the aluminum alloy die casting die, which improves the qualified rate of the die casting parts, taking good economic profits. |
