摘    要:非线性度校正技术是实现高精度压控振荡器(VCO)以及高分辨率线性调频连续波雷达的关键技术之一.其中,非线性度的检测精度直接决定了非线性度校正精度.提出了一种基于微元法和分数阶傅里叶变换的VCO非线性度检测新方法.该方法结合一维搜索和离散时间傅里叶变换,检测信号频率及频率变化率,并利用起点预测算法提高其运算速度.仿真结果表明,与基于Wigner-Ville分布的方法相比,该方法能更有效地检测VCO的非线性度.

Abstract:Linearity correction is a key technique for high-precision VCOs and high-resolution LFMCW radars. The accuracy of linearity correction is directly determined by the precision of nonlinearity detection results. A novel method for VCO nonlinearity detection is proposed, which is based on element analytic and FRFT, and combines one dimension search and DTFT.
