摘    要:针对膨润土在含油污水中不易沉降的特点,以Al2(SO4)3和Ca(OH)2复合物改性活化的钠基膨润土,制得一种高效含油污水处理剂。根据正交试验,确定了改性膨润土的最佳制备条件:膨润土用量为5g时,Al2(SO4)3/Ca(OH)2改性剂用量为0.8g,反应温度70℃,反应时间3h。在35℃下改性膨润土投加量为9.6g/L、含油污水pH值为9-11、沉降时间为7min时,产品除油率达90%以上,除浊率也可达90%以上。该产品生产成本低,除油效果好,具有较好的工业应用前景。

Abstract:A kind of high efficient oily water treatment agent was prepared by modification of activated sodium bentonite using Al2 (SO4)3 and Ca (OH)2 compound, for overcoming the problem that bentonite was not sedimentary in oil-contaminated water easily. On the base of orthogonal test, the optimal preparation condition for the modified bentonitic was determined as follows: dosage of modifier Al2 ( SO4 ) 3/Ca (OH) 2 was 0. 8 g when dosage of bentonite was 5 g, reaction temperature was 70 ℃ and reaction time was 3 h. Both of oil removing rate and turbidity removal rate of the product were 90% or more when dosage of modified bentonite was 9.6 g/L, pH of the oil-contaminated water was 9 - 11 and sedimentation time was 7 min at 35 ℃. The product showed advantages of low production cost and good oil removing effect and possessed good industrial application prospects.
