高频开关电源——电镀行业清洁生产的首选电源

摘    要:介绍了电镀电源的原理和发展历史,从电源能耗、功率因数、转换效率等方面分析了高频开关电源与可控硅整流器的区别,从而得出高频开关电源比可控硅整流器节能、环保,是电镀行业实现清洁生产的首选电源。

Abstract:The principle and development history of electroplating power supply were introduced. The difference in terms of power supply energy consume, power factor, conversion efficiency between high frequency switching power supply (IGBT rectifier) and silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) were analyzed. The conclusion is that the high frequency switching power supply is better than the silicon controlled rectifier in saving energy and protecting environment, and the former is the best choice of power supply for cleaner production in electroplating industry.
