发展宽幅薄炉墙焦炉的研讨

本文重点研究了宽幅薄炉墙炭化室对焦炭产量、传热及炉温变化的影响。宽幅薄炉墙焦炉是实现焦炉大型化与高效的发展方向,经详细计算及采用适当调节措施,选用宽幅薄炉墙炭化室,不但能够保持焦炭产量不变,而且还可以提高焦炭质量、延长炉体寿命和减少环境污染等。

Study on Development of Coke Oven with Wider and Thin Oven Chamber Wall

This paper is focused on the study of influence of wider and thin oven chamber wall on coke production, heat transfer and oven temperature change. Coke oven with the wider and thin oven chamber wall is the development orientation of realizing high coke oven and high efficiency, it not only doesn't reduce coke production, also can increase coke quality, extent coke oven service life and reduce environmental pollution, etc.
