脱硝供氨系统中尿素制氨技术探讨

摘    要:提出一种尿素制氨新工艺,即将尿素发生缩合或取代反应生成的氨用于选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝,副产尿素衍生物,而不生成CO2,从而达到节能减排的目的。对尿素反应得到三聚氰酸的工艺进行了分析,并与目前尿素制氨工艺进行了比较。结果表明,制备三聚氰酸过程中各时间段放出的氨气量基本一致,反应的起动时间在几十分钟内,氨气的响应时间在1m in内。该工艺在工艺条件、经济效益和节能减排方面优于目前的尿素制氨技术。
