弧焊逆变电源内嵌操作系统的分析与应用

摘    要:在弧焊逆变电源中内嵌实时多任务操作系统是提高数字化弧焊电源动态响应速度的方法之一.采用ARM(advanced reduced instruction setcomputer machine)为数字化焊接电源的控制器,并移植μC/OS—Ⅱ操作系统,研制了弧焊逆变电源数字化控制系统.按照优先级原则,将焊接过程划分为15个任务.为避免多个任务同时对同一个共享资源的访问,引入两个信号量以确定共享资源的访问机制.为了提高重要任务的数据处理速度,将处理后的数据以消息的形式传递给非重要的任务.
