BaAl2Si2O8∶Eu3+荧光粉的制备及发光性能

摘    要:利用高温固相法制备Eu3+掺杂的BaAl2Si2O8荧光粉并研究其发光性能,通过X射线衍射分析该发光材料的结构特征.光致发光谱表明:在近紫外光激发下该荧光粉可以发出较好的红光,峰值位于615nm处;Eu3+的最佳掺杂量为0.08mol.分析了BaAl2Si2O8∶0.08Eu3+材料的发射强度随电荷补偿剂Li+,Na+和K+掺杂量的变化规律,结果表明:随着电荷补偿剂含量的增大,BaAl2Si2O8∶0.08Eu3+的发射强度均出现先增大后减小趋势;K+具有更好的补偿效果.色参数测量结果表明,该荧光粉是一种较好的用于白光发光二极管的红色荧光粉.
Abstract:
Eu3+ doped BaAl2Si2O8 phosphors were synthesized by a high temperature solid state method, and the luminescent properties were also investigated. The structure characteristics of the luminescent materials were determined by X-ray powder diffractometer. Photoluminescence measurements indicate that the phosphors exhibit a bright red emission centered at 615 run excited by near ultraviolet. The optimal concentration of the doping Eu3+ in BaAl2Si2O8:Eu3+ phosphor was 0.08 mole. The influence of concentration of Li+, Na+ and K+ on the emission spectra of BaAl2Si2O8:0.08Eu3+ were analyzed. The results show that the emission intensity of BaAl2Si2O8:0.08Eu3+ firstly increases and then decreases with increasing the concentration of charge compensator, and K+ has better compensation effect The color parameters indicate that this phosphor is a superior red phosphor candidate for white light-emitting diodes.
