| Abstract: | Winning the bidding in reasonable low price is a general-recognized and current method of architectural engineering across international.This text inquires into the problem of howto fix the"reasonable low price"and the fundamental work and secure measures that deserve certain attention while carry out the method of winning the bidding in reasonable low price in current circumstance,combining with the practical application of winning the bidding in reasonable low price,and basing on the true meaning of"reasonable low price". |
