异戊橡胶单体及溶剂回收套用研究

摘    要:异戊橡胶凝聚得到的油相(母液)中除含有己烷和未反应的异戊二烯(IP)外还含有水、防老剂和阻聚剂等.由于这些微量杂质的存在影响IP聚合,因此母液不能直接用于异戊橡胶聚合.溶剂能否循环套用已经成为制约异戊橡胶开发的一个重要问题.通过母液分离,使己烷达到重复利用,解决了回收己烷循环套用问题.

Abstract:The oil phase (mother liquor), which obtained from isoprene(IP) rubber degass process,contained hexane, unreacted isoprene, water, antioxidant and polymerization inhibitor et. lng al. Because of the influence of these impurities, the mother liquor can not be used directly as solvent for i-soprene rubber copolymerization. Solvent recycling is an important problem for the development of synthetic isoprene rubber technology. This article researched the mother liquor separation technology. The result indicated that the mother liquor which underwent separation could achieve or almost a-chieve the standard of fresh hexane, and could be used as solvent for isoprene rubber copolymerization. This article resolved the problem of hexane recycling technology.
