| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了LM系列PLc在轴承加脂加盖机中应用，通过标准MODBUS协议进行上、下位机通讯，实现了一体化控制。采用操作数循环移位指令编程技术，可任意选择各工位开或关，实现了对不合格产品自动检测和筛选功能，完成高速流水线下的轴承加脂加盖工序。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces application of LM series PLC in the Fatliquoring stamping machine bearings fatliquoring machine. Communicate through the standard MODBUS protocol, and realize the integrated control. Using the programming technology of operand＇s cyclic shift instruction choose the position on or off; automatically detects and screen the failed products, and complete the line of high-speed＇s bearings stamping and fatliquoring process. |
