杂多酸催化合成丙二酸二乙酯

摘    要:以钨锗杂多酸为催化剂,对丙二酸和乙醇的酯化反应进行了研究。考察了催化剂用量,反应时间、酸醇比,带水剂用量对合成丙二酸二乙酯的影响,得到了合成该酯的适宜条件,在此条件下,其酯化率可达97.2%。

Abstract:Tungstogermanic heteropoly acid H 4CeW 12 O 40 was used as the catalyst for the estenfication of malonic acid and ethanol in liquid phase effects of the amount of the catalyst used,the reaction time the radio of recctants and the amount of the agent taking off water from the reaction container on synthesizing diethylmalonate were investigated,The suitable condition for synthesizing the ester was obtained.Under the optimum conditions,The esterification ratio could reach 97 2%.
