| Abstract: | Earthwork balance is the key contents in water and soil conservation plan for the development and construction project,it can reduce the discharge of the dregs.With a city waterworks project as an example,the assessment of the benefit for the earthwork balance on saving energy and reducing pollutants discharge is analyzed in the paper. |
