铁锆复合固体酸对煤制腐植酸产率与组成的影响

摘    要:利用沉淀-浸渍法制备不同配比的铁锆复合固体酸催化剂,并应用于老万煤制腐植酸中。利用元素分析、官能团分析和红外光谱分析研究产物硝基腐植酸(NHA)的结构和性质,考察了硝酸氧解过程中固体酸催化剂不同金属配比、用量对硝基腐植酸的产率、元素组成和官能团的影响。结果表明,固体酸催化剂能提高煤氧解NHA的产率,产物C3H含量降低,N(H):N(C)降低,N含量增加,E4/E6增加;当催化剂中n(Fe):n(Zr)=2:1,催化剂加入量为1.05%时,所得腐植酸产率可达54.94%。

Abstract:Different ratio of Fe-Zr composite solid acid catalyst were produced using precipitation-and applied to oxidize degrade Laowan coal to produce humic acid. The structures and properties of nitric humic acid (NHA) were investigated by element analysis, functional group analysis and Fourier transform Infrared spectra (FTIR).
