汽车发动机电子控制系统的神经网络诊断技术

摘    要:以发动机电子控制系统为对象,记录发动机运行过程的各种数据,研究基于BP神经网络和RBF神经网络的发动机电子控制系统传感器的故障诊断方法,并将主成分分析方法和神经网络相结合设计发动机电子控制系统诊断神经网络;借助流行的汽车OBDⅡ自诊断协议,组建发动机电子控制系统的诊断数据采集系统,并记录实验发动机电子控制系统工作时系统的输入、输出数据,进行诊断神经网络的训练和诊断网络系统的评价。

Abstract:In this paper,based on engine electronic-control system to record the operating data of engine,the fault diagnosis method of engine electronic-control system sensors is researched which based on BP neural network and RBF neural network,and combined principal component analysis and neural networks to design the diagnostic neural network of engine electronic control system.By the Automotive OBDⅡ self-diagnosis protocol,this paper sets up the diagnostic data acquisition system of the engine electronic control system,and makes use of the engine electronic control system input/output data recorded when the diagnostic data acquisition system operating,using experimental data to do neural network training and diagnostic network system evaluation at last.
