摘    要:在国内外首次引入层次分析法(AHP)对轧制油进行评价和综合排序,解决了由金属加工用润滑剂及油品及工艺润滑性能指标较多,选择最佳润滑剂困难的问题;而且工业应用表明AHP法是非常有序的。本文的第I部分已介绍了层次分析法及其求解步骤∧[1]。第Ⅱ部分则应用层次分析法对轧制油进行评价和综合排序。

Abstract:Analytic Hierarchy Process is introduced to valuate rolling oils firstly at home and abroad in this paper. The evaluation system of the multi-lubrication performance is developed to solve the problem of the optimal selection in the research and application of the lubricants. The results on the industrial tests show that the Analytic Hierarchy Process is very efficient to evaluate the rolling oil. Analytic Hierarchy Process has been introduced in Section I in this paper. Rolling oils are evaluated and optimized in Analytic Hierarchy Process in Section II .
