脉冲电参数对混气电火花加工工艺性能的影响

摘    要:根据混气电火花加工对混气加工装置的要求,介绍了混气电火花加工装置的原理及组成。利用该混气装置,进行了电参数对混气电火花加工性能影响的实验研究,并对其进行了分析。实验结果表明,脉冲宽度、峰值电流对混气电火花加工的影响不同于普通电火花加工,加工速度和表面粗糙度值随着脉宽和峰值电流的增大而减小。

Abstract:Introduced the principle and constitute of the Mixed air EDM device by the requirements of the mixed air EDM device. Mixed air EDM experimental investment for the relations of the electrical pulse parameters and the technology performance are introduced and analyzed. The experimental results show that the influences of the pulse duration and peak current on the Mixed air technology performance are different from the conventional EDM. The more the pulse duration and peak current, the less the material remove rate and the surface roughness.
