伸缩臂滑块局部应力计算及支撑位置优化

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件为工具,引入接触非线性有限元法,对吊臂整体进行接触分析,并绘制出滑块支撑处的局部应力云图。在此基础上,就滑块支撑处局部最大应力进行优化设计,得出了滑块支撑的最佳位置,能有效地降低滑块承受的应力。

Abstract:Using ANSYS software as a tool and applying the contact nonlinear finite element method,this essay conducts a contact analysis of the jib as a whole and plots a local stress cloud diagram for the points at which the jib sliding blocks are supported.
