一种高精度测温电路的设计与实现

摘    要:采用了集冷端补偿、信号放大及线性化于一体的热电偶放大器AD595和高精度的双积分A/D转换器ICL7135以及单片机8031,构成一种简单、实用的高精度热电偶测温电路。介绍了电路的构成及工作原理,并阐述了软件设计思路。实际应用表明,本电路具有分辨率、精度高,误差小的特点。

Abstract:AD595 is a thermocouple amplifier Which combines cold-junctioncompensation,signal amplifying and linearzation on a monolithic chip.Apply aAD595,a double-integral A/D converter ICL7135 and a microprocessor 8031 to construct a simple hot practical thermocouple temperature measurement circuit of high precision.The construction and working principle of the circuit are presented.The thoughtof the software design is also elaborated.This circuit has some good qualities inapplication,such as high resolving power,high precision and low error,etc.
