| 摘 要： | 通信技术和互联网的发展使得3G的发展成为一种必然，3G牌照的发放进一步加速了中国3G的建设和发展。文章通过阐述3G的定义及其当前的应用标准，分析了国内外3G的发展现状及应用前景，对3G在教育中的应用前景进行分析和研究。

| Abstract: | The development of communication technologies and internet make the development of 3G becomes a necessity. The issuance of 3G license accelerates the construction and development of 3G. Through the definition of 3G and its licenses, the author analyzes the prospect of current domestic and international status, then analyzes the application prospects in education based on 3G. |
