| 摘 要： | 通过嫁接的方法合成Al-SBA-15介孔分子筛，以油酸和乙醇为原料,在间歇釜中进行酯化反应实验研究。考察反应温度、原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间和催化剂硅铝原子比等因素对酯化反应的影响，结果表明，反应温度180 ℃、催化剂用量为原料质量的1.25%、n(油酸)∶n(乙醇)＝1.0∶2.5、反应时间5 h和催化剂硅铝原子比为10时，油酸转化率为83.53%。

| Abstract: | Mesoporous Al-SBA-15 was synthesized by grafting Al atoms onto siliceous SBA-15 and used as the catalyst for esterification reaction between oleic acid and ethanol in a batchwise reactor. Influence of reaction temperature, n(oleic acid )∶n(ethanol), catalyst dosage and reaction time was investigated. The optimum condition was obtained as follows:reaction temperature 180 ℃, n(oleic acid)∶〖n(ethanol)=1.0∶2.5, catalyst dosage 1.25%, reaction time 5 h, Si/Al atomic ratio of the catalyst of 10. Oleic acid conversion of 83.53% was obtained under the optimum condition. |
