摘    要:用TG-DSC结合XRD分析研究了硫酸锰的热分解过程。实验考察了温度、时间和冷却方式等因素对硫酸锰分解产物总锰含量的影响。实验结果表明,通过控制固相分解的工艺条件,可制备高纯Mn3O4。在较佳条件下制备的Mn3O4产物为γ-Mn3O4,总锰含量71.8%,含硫0.005%,硫酸锰分解接近完全。

Abstract:The thermal decomposition behavior of manganese sulphate was studied by TG-DSC and XRD.The decomposition temperature,decomposition time and the cooling pattern that affected the purity of the decomposition product were mainly discussed.The hausmannite with high purity was got through controlling the experiment conditions of solid phase decomposition.The result of experiment shows that the preparation product was γ-Mn3O4,the content of the manganese was 71.8%,the content of sulphur was 0.005% and manganese sulphate was nearly completely decomposed under the optimum conditions.
