电力信息调度建设及发展研究

健全的信息调度体系,基于其在公司信息系统运行中的核心与枢纽作用,将支撑未来信息化工作的快速发展。文章结合国家电网公司现阶段信息运行所面临的纵向联动、横向协同的一体化需求,重点围绕"六个能力"和"三个基础保障"建设,阐述了信息调度的内容及发展目标,探讨了信息调度工作的主要建设内容和实施步骤,为实现信息系统一体化调度运行及管理起到一定的完善作用。

Research on the Construction and Development of Power Information Dispatching

Due to its core role in the company’s information system,sound information dispatching system will make the future informatization construction more rapid.With the integrated needs of the longitudinal linkage and horizontal collaborative in the current information system operation from the State Grid,this paper focuses on the construction of "six kinds of ability" and "three basic guarantees",describes the contents and development goals of information system dispatching,and then analyzes the main construction content and implementation procedures of information system dispatching.All of these play a perfect role in implementing the integrated information system dispatching and operation,and also provide a good reference for other enterprises.
