集团企业燃料管理信息系统研发与应用

为规范发电集团燃料管理业务流程,实现流程电子化、数据传递自动化,强化集团公司对燃料管理的监管力度,最终保障燃料供应、控制燃料成本,对集团企业燃料管理信息系统进行了研发。采用系统工程方法、结构化设计方法,以中国电力投资集团公司为例,制定了业务管理架构、系统架构、功能架构、数据架构。通过实际应用,规范了燃料管理业务流程,提高了工作效率,减少了管理漏洞,产生了经济效益,加强了集团管控能力。

Research and Application of Fuels Management Information System for Group Enterprises

In order to standardize the business process of fuels management,make the process and data transmission automation,tight fuel management supervision,and ensure fuels supply and reduce cost,this paper researches and develops a fuels management information system(FMIS) of group enterprises.For the China power investment group corporation example,the business structure,system structure,function structure and data transfer structure of the FMIS are presented by using system engineering and structured design methods.Practice shows that the application of the FMIS achieves the goal of standardizing the fuel management process,improves work efficiency,reduces management faults,brings economic benefits,and strengthens the group control ability.
