厂级监管及生产实时系统体系结构与应用分析

摘    要:厂级监管及生产实时系统以分散控制系统为基础,以经济运行和提高发电企业整体效益为目的,旨在为火力发电生产节能降耗及企业领导的决策提供重要的依据。厂级监管及生产实时系统运用了网络通信、B/S架构发布平台、实时/历史数据库、数据接口等技术和方法,完成了包含厂级生产过程的监控和管理、运行人员的操作指导,设备预测维护等功能,为发电企业节能减排的达标提供理论指导,由此带来了巨大的社会效益。

Abstract:Plant-level supervising and production real-time system is based on distributed control system,and aims to enhance the overall efficiency of power generation enterprises,to reduce energy consumption of coal-fired power plants and provide an important decision basis.Plant-level supervising and production real-time system synthetically uses network communication technology,B/S framework publishing platform,real-time/historical database and data interface technology,achieves the functions of the plant-level production process monitoring and management,operator guidance and equipment predictive maintenance.Further,the system provides theoretical guidance to meet energy conservation and pollution reduction targets and brings huge social benefit.
