Research on Intelligent Service Center Technology Support System

The intelligent service center with the characteristics of interactive and high efficient is one of important components of the strong state grid. The technology support system of intelligent service center provides essential technological guarantees to meet the need of intelligent operation. This paper expounds every part of the technology support system. Combining with the situation of Tianjin Electric Power Company, a detailed discussion about frameworks and functions of two systems, intelligent operation and maintenance management system and intelligent electricity interactive services system, is given respectively.
