产权全过程信息化管理应用模式的研究与实践

随着国有企业体制改革日益深化,中央企业对产权工作提出了更高的管理要求,迫切需要一套更为科学、完善的管理信息系统以提供全面的技术保障。文章针对大型中央企业产权管控工作的特点,专项研究并设计了产权全过程管控信息系统及应用模式。实践证明研究成果对大型中央企业的产权管理是可行的、有效的,为中央企业解决产权信息化水平低、管理手段单一等问题提供了重要的借鉴意义。

Research and Practice of Property Right Entire Process Informatization Management Application Mode

With the deepening of State-owned enterprise reform,the central enterprises urgently need more scientific and integrated management information systems to provide comprehensive technical support on property rights management.This paper focuses on the characteristics of property rights management and control in large central enterprises,carries out customized research,and designs the entire process management and control information system and application mode on property rights.Practice shows that the solution provided in this paper is feasible and effective.It provides an important reference for central enterprises to enhance the informatization level and management level of property rights.
