电器开关外壳注射模设计

摘    要:电器开关外壳注塑件模具的特点是型腔表面质量要求较高,型芯数量多,型芯及顶杆直径小、强度低。针对以上特点,模具设计采用潜伏式浇口实现注塑件外形美观要求,采用组合式整体嵌入型结构解决模具型芯问题,利用顶杆顶出解决脱模问题。该模具结构小巧而紧凑,运行顺畅无阻。

Abstract:The characteristics of the mould for electric switch shell was high high serface quality of die space, many core, small diameter and low intensity of core and mandril. Aiming at the characteristics above, the tunnel gate was used to realize the beautiful appearance, the combining embedded structure was employed to solve the problem about cores, mandrils were used to solve demoulding problem. The mold had small and compact structure and could operate smoothly.
