| 摘 要： | 介绍了工程造价审计在工程量清单计价模式下的审计依据的变化,并从招投标阶段、施工过程、竣工结算阶段三方面探讨了审计内容的变化,指出工程量清单计价模式下的造价审计是以招投标阶段为重点的,在这种新计价模式下,工程单价应具有合同化的法定性,且强调工程单价的事前确定性。
